




House of Theta was born out of a commitment to help people overcome the barriers of burnout and to realise their greatest creative potential as humans.
Founded on Jungian psychology, traditional Chinese medicine and the wisdom of seasons and cycles of nature, it is a place where those with a creative soul come to find rest, renewal, stimulation and creative fuel through transformational teachings, mind-body practices and supportive coaching.

Our Philosophy
Everything that is alive and healthy in nature follows regular seasons and cycles of growth and decline – through winter’s rest, spring’s inspiration, summer’s activity and autumn’s release. We see these phases in our own lives and they are present in our creative practices. But western culture of the past 2 millennia has increasing detached us from our environmental and own true nature. The focus on perpetual growth and accumulation creates an unhealthy balance which stunts our creative capacity to evolve
By exploring your relationship to each of the seasons and cycles we will identify your natural strengths and creative tendencies as well as the areas in your life that are out of balance and inhibiting a healthy flow. We can then provide simple tools and practices to bring back vitality: Movement (yoga and qi gong), meditation (guided yoga nidra and mudras) and mindfulness (reflections and short daily practices).
