This Four Seasons album contains 12 guided Yoga Nidra meditations to support you through every season and cycle of your life. These meditations, each around 25 minutes long, cover the key themes that we all encounter at one time or another. These themes are all natural and normal but when we get stuck in them for prolonged periods our life can feel out of balance and uncomfortable.
